Standard Delivery: Available from Tuesday to Friday through our courier partner.

Cost: £8.99 for orders under £90.  Free Delivery for orders over £90.

Delivery Time: Up to 5 working days.

Daytime Delivery (before 12pm):

Cost: £10.95 for orders under £100, or £2.45 for orders over £100.

Delivery Time: Delivered before 12pm, up to 5 working days.

Cost: £17.50.

Delivery Time: minimum 2 working days.

Delivery of Chilled & Frozen Products

 

We ensure chilled and frozen products remain in perfect condition during transit by using specially designed packaging with ice packs to maintain the correct temperature for up to 36 hours.

Important Guidelines:

  • Upon receiving your package, ensure products remain cold, and ice pads are at least partially frozen.
  • If items are no longer chilled or fully defrosted, do not consume them and contact us within 24 hours. We cannot accept responsibility for spoiled goods if notified after this time.

Delivery Conditions:

  • Chilled and frozen items are only available for next-day delivery to UK Mainland (excludes areas in Northern Scotland where only 2-day service applies).
  • Orders placed on Friday will be dispatched the next working day.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure someone is available to accept delivery on the first attempt. If left with a neighbor or in a safe place, we cannot guarantee the items will remain at the correct temperature and cannot accept responsibility for spoilage.
  • Delivery date changes after dispatch are not recommended as we cannot ensure the condition of perishable items after being handed to the courier.

If There Are Issues:

If you notice damage or leakage, please still accept the parcel, inspect its contents, and contact us if necessary. Minor liquid formation is normal as ice melts, but genuine issues will be addressed.

Collect Your Order

We offer a free collection service from our depot for customers who prefer to avoid delivery fees.

How It Works:

  1. Place your order and allow 1 working day for us to prepare it.
  2. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection.
  3. Important: Please do not come to the depot until you have received this confirmation.

Collection Details:

  • During public holidays, preparation times may vary slightly.
  • Bring a copy of your notification email when collecting your order.
  • Returns can also be made at our warehouse; just ensure you bring your dispatch note along with the items.
