However, we also seek out products that, by their nature or simply because they complement our catalogue, José Sol has decided to select. These products may be local or international, carefully chosen for their excellence and sustainability.
We only work with suppliers who share our values of fair trade, respect for labour rights, and ethical production practices. We ensure that all our products are made under fair and safe working conditions.
We guarantee the quality of our products through a strict selection process for suppliers and continuous quality control. All items are thoroughly inspected before dispatch to ensure they meet our high standards.

When you place your order with us, you authorise a credit card payment, which will be charged at the same time. If we are unable to dispatch part or all of your order on the day of dispatch, we will refund your credit card for the goods we were unable to supply. If there is time to contact you before dispatch, we will make every effort to reach you and arrange for a substitute or alternative to be sent for any out-of-stock items.
