Our 100% Iberian acorn-fed Salchichón is made with high-quality meat from 100% Iberian pigs raised in our Dehesas de la Sierra Norte de Sevilla, the cradle of Iberian pork par excellence, and fed with acorns, herbs and natural pastures. It is seasoned with natural spices, such as ground and whole pepper and salt, and is stuffed into natural casings and cured in natural drying rooms for a period of 5 months, resulting in a natural product with a fine texture and exquisite flavour. Selecting the best lean meats for its production results in luxury Iberian sausages, free of allergens, suitable for everyone.
