Our acorn-fed Iberian chorizo is made with high-quality meat from 100% Iberian pigs raised in our Dehesa, the cradle of Iberian pork par excellence, and fed with acorns, herbs and natural pastures, and seasoned with spices and first-rate ground paprika from La Vera. Our acorn-fed chorizos are unique in flavour. Selecting the best lean meats for their preparation results in luxury Iberian sausages, free of allergens, suitable for everyone.
