Description
Ham from Iberian pigs selected by BEHER from birth on farms in Extremadura and Andalusia, with comprehensive control of the breeding and production process. They spend the first stage of their life on a farm, feeding on natural cereals until they reach a weight of between 40 and 50 kg, when they reach the pastures. There they enjoy an exquisite diet made up of this selection of cereals as well as grasses, tubers, roots, reaching 170/180 kg.
IMPORTANT: Due to a decision made by our supplier, this product is packaged in absorbent paper and shipped in an individual box. IT DOES NOT INCLUDE A FABRIC COVER.
TASTING NOTES:
Soft ruby colour, abundant grain and a high percentage of oleic acid that helps maintain an adequate level of cholesterol in the blood, as well as being rich in proteins, vitamin B1, iron, zinc, magnesium, folic acid and vitamin E (excellent antioxidant). I
